Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission conducts survey in Tay Ninh

On the morning of August 25, 2025, the working delegation of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission led by Comrade Huynh Thanh Dat, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, came to survey and evaluate the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection in Tay Ninh province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet chaired the meeting.

Comrade Nguyen Van Quyet - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the reception and worked with the Delegation; also attending the reception were Comrade Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Comrade Nguyen Minh Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

On behalf of the survey team, comrade Huynh Thanh Dat raised 5 key issues for the province to discuss and clarify further: Implementation of programs, plans, etc. in the fields of agriculture and environment in conjunction with Resolution 57-NQ/TW based on the province's potential and orientation in the coming time; analysis, identification of difficulties, obstacles, and recommendations of the province in this field; on promoting the 3-party linkage model in the field of natural resource protection, environment, and climate change; requesting the province to propose contents that need orientation and professional training; from the research, propose whether the Central Government needs to issue a new resolution in this field.

After the representative The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission approved a summary report on the results of the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection in Tay Ninh province; provincial delegates contributed ideas to clarify the contents of the Working Group, especially emphasizing the highlights, difficulties and bottlenecks of the province in the implementation process of the agricultural and environmental sectors, especially in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dat, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Huynh Thanh Dat acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations for welcoming the delegation as well as the preparations for the survey, the results of the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection in Tay Ninh province. Based on the results of the working session, the delegation will receive and record the opinions and recommendations of the province to synthesize reports and advise the Central Government on the fields of agriculture and environment.
