It is expected that the Huynh Hoa sandwich model in Australia will be standardized according to Vietnamese style, from recipe, ingredients to service. Culinary experiences and Vietnamese cultural promotion activities will be promoted to introduce the country and people of Vietnam through traditional dishes rich in identity.
In the first phase, the project will be deployed in major cities such as Melbourne and Sydney.
Huynh Hoa bread is expected to be sold for around 13-15 Australian dollars (AUD) per loaf (200,000-250,000 VND). The brand also plans to introduce smaller sizes to suit the needs of diners here.
Huynh Hoa bread brand was established in 1989 by Ms. Le Kim Hoa, has become a symbol of culinary culture of Ho Chi Minh City with traditional, rich and stylish breads combining 13 ingredients such as pate, butter, cold cuts, ham, green onions and special spices.
In recent years, the culinary industry of Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general has had many activities to promote and introduce domestic cuisine to international friends.
