Report on the results of disbursement of central capital to implement the New Rural Program

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just sent a document to relevant departments, branches, units and localities on reporting the results of allocation and disbursement of central budget capital to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2025 in the province.

The Department requests relevant agencies, units and localities to urgently review and report the results of allocation and disbursement of central budget capital in 2025, including capital from previous years with the implementation period extended to 2025; capital that is no longer needed, and return it to the central budget. At the same time, clearly identify the causes, difficulties, obstacles and clarify the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals in the delay in allocating and disbursing assigned central budget capital (development investment capital, career capital); propose the capital needs to implement the public investment plan in 2025 that are still lacking to the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

It is known that, up to now, the total unallocated central budget capital for 2025 of national target programs is more than 24.5 billion VND; of which the New Rural Program is more than 3.9 billion VND.
