Urgently organize a campaign to support provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10.

On October 3, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued Official Dispatch No. 4967/2025 to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; departments, branches, public service units, enterprises of the province; People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones; organizations, individuals and people of all walks of life in the province on mobilizing support for provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

The document stated that, responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province and to join hands with the whole country to support people in the affected areas to quickly overcome the consequences of storms and floods, stabilize their lives and production, on the morning of October 3, the Provincial People's Committee organized a ceremony to launch a fundraising campaign to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi). At the ceremony, organizations, units and enterprises donated more than 2 billion VND; of which 370 million VND in cash and nearly 1.8 billion VND in transfers. The Provincial People's Committee requested that organizations, units and enterprises that agreed to donate by bank transfer, immediately after the ceremony, proactively contact the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to transfer the donation money as committed to soon transfer to the affected provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also requested departments, branches, sectors; People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones; agencies and units to proactively, continue, and urgently organize and mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to donate at their agencies, units, and localities according to the call of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee would like to express its sincere thanks for the enthusiastic participation and response of departments, branches, agencies, units, localities, organizations and individuals at the launching ceremony on the morning of October 3 organized by the Provincial People's Committee. The goodwill and noble gestures of all agencies, units and localities will soon be delivered to the people in the storm-hit areas, contributing to helping people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
