Seventeen officers from company, battalion, and regiment levels participated in the Division-level competition. Over three days, the contestants completed three parts: General Knowledge; drafting a propaganda outline; and a practical presentation.

In his opening remarks at the competition, Colonel Tran Hoang Giang emphasized: Oral propaganda and the work of speakers are particularly important components of the Party's ideological work; they are a direct, vibrant, and widely disseminated information channel, contributing to the timely and accurate transmission of the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws, and directives and orders from superiors to officers and soldiers.

The competition is of great importance in realistically evaluating the team of speakers selected from the grassroots; it is an opportunity for exchange, learning, and honing the skills, methods, and techniques of propaganda. Through the competition, it contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda work; thoroughly understanding and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels according to the motto of shifting from "studying and understanding" to "deeply understanding - acting correctly - doing it to the end," and quickly bringing the resolutions into life.

Given the significance and importance of the competition, the agencies and units have done a good job preparing the necessary facilities, creating favorable conditions for the contestants. The contestants were carefully selected from the preliminary rounds, actively researching materials, preparing outlines, and using information technology to make their content more lively and rich; they flexibly and creatively applied various forms and methods of communication, striving to complete the competition successfully.
