The Parade and Marching Subcommittee of the Ministry of National Defense to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80) held a conference this morning to discuss logistics and technical support for the implementation of task A80.

During the first training session at Ba Dinh Square, the units organized meals for the soldiers according to the correct standards and regimes. The quality of the main afternoon meal from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the assembly locations was basically suitable for mobile outdoor conditions, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

Drinking water supply points in the Square and Botanical Park areas are well organized. Military equipment of the basic units is sufficient.

The work of ensuring military medicine is tightly organized, organizing 12 military medical stations with adequate equipment, medicine, and medical supplies, including 2 emergency, treatment and resuscitation centers, 4 emergency tents deployed at the Command Headquarters of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. In addition, there are 8 emergency stations deployed at 8 locations to ensure military medicine for parades, street parades and assembly areas are ready to deploy for classification, emergency, treatment and transportation in mass emergency situations.

Mobilizing military vehicles from assembly points to Ba Dinh Square area is ensured with sufficient fuel, on time, and absolutely safe.

The assigned agencies and units have organized to ensure enough electricity, water, and basically enough toilets for the forces participating in the general training.

The Hanoi Capital Command has coordinated with the City People's Committee to install 598/612 single toilets and 11 field toilets to ensure aesthetics and good quality.

Hundreds of cars of all kinds were secured to serve the general training session; 100% of military vehicles were covered with military logos to participate in the parade. 9 technical support teams of 2 specialties (Motorcycles and Armored Vehicles) were established.

During the process of maneuvering on the road and maneuvering military vehicles to the assembly location at the Ministry of National Defense Command Headquarters, the F1 Racetrack ensures absolute safety for people and vehicles.

Absolutely do not be subjective, avoid passive and unexpected situations.

Major General Phung Ngoc Son, Deputy Chief of Staff and General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Deputy Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee A80 of the Ministry of National Defense, requested units to organize food and drink for soldiers in accordance with the prescribed regime and standards, and ensure flexible organization measures, suitable to the actual conditions of each session (time, gathering place, weather...).

It is necessary to ensure absolute food hygiene and safety; clean the area, put leftovers and waste in the right place. Organize service forces and divide into many points to ensure drinking water, especially water supply points on the roads.

Major General Phung Ngoc Son also requested to inspect and guide soldiers to wear proper uniforms, especially ceremonial uniforms, and to manage and use them properly and strictly to avoid damage or loss.

The military medical force in general and the military medical units in particular must regularly check and grasp the health status of the troops; pay special attention to the health of the drivers of the units. The military medical teams must be on duty in the right positions and must always be ready to promptly and effectively handle any arising situations.

Units must regularly check the technical condition of weapons, equipment, vehicles, and ammunition... both before and after performing tasks; absolutely must not be subjective, to avoid passive and unexpected situations during the performance of tasks.

Technical support forces must be on duty at designated locations, especially at Ba Dinh Square, ready to promptly handle situations.

Military vehicle and artillery units should pay attention to uniformly implementing regulations on turning on straight-ahead turn signals and size lights when participating in performing tasks.

After completing the task, the assembly location must be tied down, guarded closely, regularly inspected, and measures taken to prevent fire and explosion, and external impacts on vehicles, equipment, and weapons to ensure the best technical condition for performing the task...
