The Ministry of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training to inspect and urge localities to recruit teachers according to assigned payrolls, overcome the surplus and shortage of teachers at educational institutions, and ensure the principle of "where there are students, there must be teachers in the classroom".
The Ministry of Finance directs and guides localities to arrange state budget according to regulations to organize the implementation of teaching 2 sessions/day.
The People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities are responsible for ensuring conditions to improve the quality of general education, including conditions for implementing 2-session teaching/day starting from the 2025-2026 school year at general education institutions in the area.
The Ministry of Education and Training guides localities to focus on implementation and regularly inspect, urge, and ensure the organization of summer activities for children and students to be safe, beneficial, and effective; promptly correct cases that have not been implemented properly...
