In response to readers' demand for the special issue dated May 7, 2024 with a supplement featuring a panoramic picture of the "Dien Bien Phu Campaign", the Editorial Board of Nhan Dan Newspaper decided to print 100,000 additional copies of the supplement and send them to readers nationwide. In Ha Nam province, Nhan Dan Newspaper sent 1,000 copies of the panorama supplement "Dien Bien Phu Campaign" through the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Ha Nam to distribute and give to readers.
After many days of publication, the special issue of Nhan Dan Newspaper commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory is still being sought after and collected by many readers in provinces and cities across the country. The special issue on May 7 was printed by Nhan Dan Newspaper with 8 additional pages of information, including 4 pages summarizing the progress of the 56 days and nights of the campaign and 4 pages printing the entire panorama of the "Dien Bien Phu Campaign".
Readers can cut and combine four printed pages into a 3.21m-long panorama and interact with the painting through augmented reality (AR) technology or QR code scanning. This technology allows users to view a dynamic panorama in physical space.
To meet readers' needs, Nhan Dan Newspaper decided to issue an additional 100,000 copies of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign panorama supplement to give to readers nationwide, thereby spreading and promoting more strongly the values of the Dien Bien Phu Victory in general and the panorama at the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum in particular.
In Ha Nam, 1,000 copies of the supplement were distributed at the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper, located at Dinh Trang residential group, Lam Ha ward, Phu Ly city.
Since May 21, many readers have come to the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Ha Nam to receive the supplement after many days of searching and waiting. Many people were excited to receive this meaningful supplement.
