Young man arrested for carrying gun and drugs in Nam Dong Ha

On the morning of July 23, information from Nam Dong Ha Ward Police said that, in response to a citizen's report about a fight that occurred last night on Dai Co Viet Street, the unit arrested a young man red-handed.

Accordingly, after receiving the information, at around 22:25 on July 22, Nam Dong Ha Ward Police arrived at the scene of the incident at a business on Dai Co Viet Street in the ward. Here, the police promptly controlled Nguyen Quoc Khanh (born in 1997), currently residing in Quarter 1, Nam Dong Ha Ward.

Upon on-site inspection, it was discovered that in the bag Khanh was carrying, there was an object suspected to be a gun, inside there was a loaded bullet and 6 bullets; 1 package of white crystals suspected to be drugs; 1 package containing blue powder suspected to be marijuana; 1 sword. At the scene, Nam Dong Ha Ward Police made a record and arrested the offender red-handed.

Currently, the incident is being investigated by the authorities.
