Although the opposite position is unfamiliar to Nhu Quynh, she performed well against the blue team from Africa. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet said that the main attackers are all versatile. With the current number of athletes, in 2022 and 2023, when Bich Tuyen is not present, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will compete and achieve professional success.

In fact, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is not as strong as Bich Tuyen, but she is also a very dangerous hitter in the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. In the second leg of the SEA V-League, in the final match against Thailand, after being led 2-0 by the opponent, Nhu Quynh was sent onto the field by coach Tuan Kiet, creating a turning point.
