In a statement on the social network Truth Social, Donald Trump said he had reached an agreement with Kamala Harris' campaign for the debate on September 10. According to Donald Trump, the rules of next month's debate will not allow candidates to bring notes in advance and candidates will have to stand during the entire debate.

Mr. Donald Trump also emphasized that ABC News has assured that this will be a fair and equal debate and that neither side will know the questions in advance.
