At the Congress, 59 opinions were expressed in the hall and 7 discussion groups. The opinions clarified the results, achievements, and reasons for success; pointed out the limitations, weaknesses, and reasons that need to be overcome; summarized 40 years of innovation, and drew 5 profound lessons.

At the same time, it affirmed that the documents presented at the Congress demonstrated the crystallization of wisdom, vision and unified will of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Phu Tho province; reflecting the deep concern and contribution of the leaders of the Party, State, central ministries and branches, generations of veteran revolutionary cadres, intellectuals, artists, businessmen and the masses.

The presentations also focused on in-depth analysis and illustration to clarify and deepen the achievements, limitations, weaknesses, and causes in the development of the economic, cultural-social, national defense-security, Party building, and political system building fields in recent times; thereby proposing highly feasible tasks and solutions for implementation in the 2025-2030 term.

The report synthesizes comments on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. All comments expressed high consensus and focused on analyzing and proposing to the Central Committee solutions and recommendations to effectively mobilize resources to promote investment in economic and social infrastructure associated with agricultural development and new rural construction; solutions to implement sustainable poverty reduction, solutions to effectively implement Party building and rectification work, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc...

The Congress voted to pass the Congress Resolution, in which the Congress determined the direction and goals for the next 5 years; proposed 6 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and 4 main solutions to successfully implement the goals in the 2025-2030 term.

Delegates voted to adopt the Resolution of the Congress for the next 5 years.

Accordingly, by 2030, Phu Tho strives to be one of the growth poles of the Capital region; to become a center for industrial development, trade, logistics, tourism, healthcare, high-quality training and organization of large cultural festivals associated with national origins; a center for organizing national and international events.

The economy has a high growth rate, with science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and the private economy as the main driving force. The infrastructure system is synchronous and modern.

Cultural heritage is preserved and its value is promoted. Society develops harmoniously, the ecological environment is clean, the quality of life is comprehensively improved, the people have high income, are civilized and happy. Play a pivotal role in ensuring energy security, national defense, security and regional connectivity.

Vision to 2045: Phu Tho is a centrally-governed city; has a modern infrastructure system, a prosperous and prosperous society; people have a high quality of life and are happy; an advanced culture, rich in identity; a clean and livable ecological environment; national defense and security are maintained, political security, social order and safety are ensured.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Bui Van Quang suggested that, immediately after the Congress, Party committees and organizations at all levels should urgently organize research, study, and thoroughly grasp the Resolution and approved documents; develop specific, appropriate, and feasible action programs, plans, and projects; quickly put the resolution into practice, creating clear and practical changes in all fields.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations organize propaganda and mobilize union members, association members and people of all walks of life to enthusiastically compete in implementation, creating new momentum and new motivation, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the Congress.

The success of the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress is a historical milestone, opening a new development path for Phu Tho province after the merger, adding confidence, spirit and determination to the entire Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint delegates to the 14th National Party Congress, including 57 official delegates and 7 alternate delegates.
