On the afternoon of October 13th, the Provincial Farmers' Association, in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, held the closing ceremony of the 9th Thanh Hoa Provincial "Golden Rice Spike" Volleyball Tournament and celebrated the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2024).
The volleyball teams from Nga Son and Thuong Xuan districts competed fiercely in the tournament.
After two days of exciting and dramatic competition, the 9th "Golden Rice Spike" Volleyball Tournament, with the participation of over 300 athletes from 26 districts and towns, officially concluded after captivating and thrilling matches.
The organizing committee awarded the first prize in the men's volleyball team category to Nga Son district.
The Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the women's volleyball team from Dong Son district.
Having reached the final, the two men's volleyball teams from Nga Son and Thuong Xuan districts competed fiercely and intensely with many exciting plays. The Nga Son district team ultimately won against the Thuong Xuan district team.
The Organizing Committee awarded the second prize in the men's category to Thuong Xuan district...
...and second prize in the women's category in Cam Thuy district.
At the end of the men's volleyball final, the Organizing Committee awarded the "Golden Rice Spike" trophy to the Nga Son District Farmers' Volleyball Team, the second prize to the Thuong Xuan District Farmers' Volleyball Team, and the third prize to the Quang Xuong and Thach Thanh District Farmers' Volleyball Teams.

...and Quang Xuong district.
In the women's volleyball competition, the Organizing Committee awarded first place to Dong Son district, second place to Cam Thuy district, and shared third place to Nhu Xuan and Ngoc Lac districts.
The Nhu Xuan district women's volleyball team won third place at the tournament.
The Ngoc Lac district women's volleyball team won third place at the tournament.
The "Golden Rice Spike" Volleyball Tournament is an activity in response to the "National Movement for Physical Training Following the Example of the Great President Ho Chi Minh". The tournament not only provides a healthy and beneficial playground, but also contributes to improving physical fitness and fostering solidarity and camaraderie among farmer members in the province.
