I. Changes to the name and address of the head office and Nghia Trung Branch Office.

1. Head Office : Name: NGHIA DAN PEOPLE'S CREDIT FUND.

2. Nghia Trung Branch : Name: Nghia Dan People's Credit Fund - Nghia Trung Branch.

II. Change in charter capital: Charter capital amount: VND 12,067,500,000 (In words: Twelve billion sixty-seven million five hundred thousand dong).

III. Changes to the activity content:

1. Raising capital in Vietnamese Dong

- Accepting demand deposits, time deposits, and savings deposits from members, organizations, and other individuals in Vietnamese Dong;

- Borrowing from cooperative banks; borrowing from credit institutions, branches of foreign banks;

2. Lending activities in Vietnamese Dong

- Providing loans to customers who are members;

- Providing loans to members of poor households who are registered as permanent residents within the operating area of ​​the People's Credit Fund, in cases where the poor household is not a member of the People's Credit Fund;

- Lending to legal entity members, legal entity customers, and individuals who are not members but have deposits at the People's Credit Fund, based on collateral in the form of deposit balances at the People's Credit Fund itself, as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Providing syndicated loans in conjunction with the Cooperative Bank to members of the People's Credit Fund in accordance with the law;

3. Other activities

- Providing money transfer services for members and customers of the People's Credit Fund (excluding opening payment accounts for customers);

- Acting as an agent providing payment services for cooperative banks to members and customers of credit unions:

+) Receive payment account opening applications; check their legality and validity; verify and ensure the accuracy and consistency of documents, information, and data provided by the customer; verify customer identification information according to the instructions of the Cooperative Bank before submitting it to the Cooperative Bank and instructing the customer on how to use the payment account.

+) Receive bank card issuance applications; check their legality and validity; verify and ensure the accuracy and consistency of documents, information, and data provided by customers; verify customer identification information according to the instructions of the Cooperative Bank before sending it to the Cooperative Bank and instructing customers on how to use the bank card.

+) Receiving customer requests for payment services, preparing, signing, or applying electronic confirmation methods, controlling and processing customer payment documents, transferring customer transaction information to the Cooperative Bank, and disbursing cash to customers to facilitate cash withdrawals from customer-identified debit and prepaid cards issued by the Cooperative Bank, and cash withdrawals from member and customer payment accounts.

- Participate in capital contribution at the Cooperative Bank;

- Open a payment account at the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks, cooperative banks, or branches of foreign banks;

- Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank to regulate capital.
