Closing Ceremony of the 2025 National U23 Volleyball Championship

On the evening of July 24, at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Sports Stadium, the Department of Physical Training and Sports in coordination with the Vietnam Volleyball Federation and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province organized the closing ceremony and awarded prizes to athletes and teams participating in the 2025 National U23 Volleyball Championship.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the 8 teams with the highest achievements, in which for the men's event, the first prize went to the Tan Cang The Cong team; the second prize went to the Ninh Binh team; and the third prize went to the Ho Chi Minh City team and SKPearlNest Khanh Hoa. For the women's event, the first prize went to the Information Corps - Corps 19 team, the second prize went to the Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemical team. The Vietinbank and Thai Nguyen teams shared the third prize. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded individual prizes such as: Best Attacker, Best Defensive Player, Best Setter.

The 2025 National U23 Volleyball Championship will be held from July 12 to 24 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Sports Center. The tournament will have the participation of over 350 athletes, coaches... from 17 teams, including 6 men's teams and 11 women's teams from provinces and cities across the country.

The men's teams compete in a round robin format, with the four best teams competing in the semi-finals and finals. The women's teams are divided into two groups and compete in a round robin format, with the four best teams from each group competing in cross-group matches in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.

Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee hopes to create opportunities for athletes, coaches, etc. to exchange and learn, exchange experiences, improve professional skills, and strengthen solidarity among athletes nationwide. In particular, from the tournament, the Organizing Committee will select outstanding athletes to participate in international and regional competitions.
