Ms. Thu buys snapper, barracuda, and barracuda at prices ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 VND/kg (depending on the type); mixed sea fish (feed for grouper and snapper) at prices ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 VND/kg; and mackerel from 100,000 to 150,000 VND/kg… According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the province has nearly 10,000 fishing boats. From the beginning of 2025 to the present, there have been over 1,500 boat trips to and from the port to go out to sea to exploit seafood , with an estimated production of more than 320,000 tons.
