Since the beginning of June, in preparation for the university graduation season, Tam Duc Tri Education Company Limited has organized a meeting program for students of the Mathematics Department of Vinh University with the hope of recruiting 40 teachers to work at the center. However, to be selected, candidates must also go through a fairly strict recruitment process with a preliminary round, a professional knowledge test round (taking a paper test) and an in-depth round, teaching trial and handling pedagogical situations to help evaluate language ability, expression style, teaching style, knowledge standards, etc.

Currently, when they come to apply, they have prepared quite thoroughly in terms of expertise. However, some candidates do not pass, mainly in terms of knowledge, not meeting the requirements of the center. After recruitment, we still have to continue training, have regular assessment tests.

As a student who graduated with honors and has officially started working at this center, Mr. Duong Dinh Dien said: I started to accumulate experience since I entered university by working as a tutor. In my third year, I applied for the position of teaching assistant at the education center to learn from my seniors. For students with abilities like Duc or Hieu, we will recruit them for the position of resource administrator (training resources for management positions) to attract students with good academic performance studying business, administration, finance and accounting.
With this job position, after passing the interview rounds, you will be trained and developed according to a special roadmap and may have the opportunity to become a store manager after 12 months of work. The income level in this position is quite high with a total compensation of up to 25 million VND/month and many other bonus and welfare policies.
Not adapted to reality
To prepare the team for the new school year 2025-2026, at the end of July, The Diamond Foreign Language Center organized interviews to recruit English teachers and teaching assistants. Attending the interview were many graduates of Pedagogy in Nghe An and some other universities across the country.
Working with candidates, the center representative said: Although there is a lot of recruitment demand, only a few candidates meet the job requirements. Our current difficulty is recruiting English teachers for primary or secondary school students, but the candidates are mainly trained to teach high school. Therefore, they are not familiar with the working environment.
According to current requirements, teachers who want to teach intensive English programs need to have an international foreign language certificate. However, there are still some students who have graduated from foreign languages but do not have a certificate.

July is the graduation season for universities. This is also the beginning of the recruitment season for companies and businesses with the desire to recruit new graduates and engineers who are well-trained and in the right major. At Vinh University, right at the graduation ceremony, the school organized a job fair with more than 3,000 job positions, including many international employers such as Foxconn Group, Ju Teng Group, Luxshare ICT participating in the recruitment.
Similarly, the job fair of Vinh University of Technical Education was also held at the same time as the closing ceremony and graduation ceremony. This is truly a bridge for students to learn about the job market and meet with recruiters from many industries and fields.

Reality also shows that, although the recruitment demand is quite high, the number of new graduates meeting the requirements of businesses is not high.

However, unfortunately, currently, the number of schools training new technologies according to the world 's development trend is not much, so it is not easy to recruit good candidates with high expertise.
The number of candidates registering for the job is not as high as the company expected. Some students, although having quite good graduation degrees, are not equipped with soft skills such as approaching and taking care of customers, foreign language skills, communication skills, etc.
These skills are not too difficult and if students are conscious of accumulating them while still in school such as joining clubs, working in groups or working part-time, they will gain more experience for themselves and open up many job opportunities after graduation...
