The units have made in-depth investments, prepared complete data appendices, the content of the documents is relatively tight, close to reality, demonstrating outstanding results and clearly identifying the key issues that need to be focused on in the coming time.
Delegates said that localities need to continue reviewing, supplementing, and specifying the contents to ensure orientation and suitability to the actual situation of each locality.

The system of indicators needs to be reviewed and adjusted to be closer to the reality of each locality, ensuring that it is both feasible and demonstrates the high political determination of the Party Committee, while also being linked to the overall development goals of the province. Some indicators achieved in the previous term need to be reviewed to adjust to a higher level of effort, ensuring that they are suitable for the new context after the merger and the requirements for rapid and sustainable development of the locality.
For breakthroughs, it is necessary to continue reviewing, adjusting, and specifying the names and contents to suit practical conditions, ensuring feasibility and creating clear changes in the coming term. Breakthroughs must be strategic, linked to the potential, strengths and long-term development orientation of the locality.

Concluding the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet requested the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of communes and wards to fully and seriously absorb the comments, continue to review, supplement and complete the draft Political Report, Congress Resolution and Action Program to ensure a tight structure, synchronous content, close to the practical situation of the locality, in line with the direction of the province; at the same time, well prepare the conditions for organizing the Party Congress at the commune level for the term 2025 - 2030./.
