After just over a month of implementation, this policy has brought about clear results. With the nature of a complex field that requires in-depth knowledge, bringing qualified staff to 95 wards and communes not only helps strengthen the force for the “one-stop shop” department, but also ensures that the process of appraising and handling documents is carried out correctly, on time and in accordance with regulations.
In many localities, the situation of people having to wait for a long time, making multiple trips or having their files processed has significantly reduced. Questions are answered directly by professional staff or responded to via text messages, helping people to clearly understand the processing progress.
Ms. Dinh Ngoc Khanh Doan, Vice Chairman of Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee said: "Having professional staff on-site to support helps people save time, documents are guided and processed faster. The ward has promptly issued the first land use right certificates to people in accordance with regulations and on time."
Mr. Dang Van Luan, Director of the Land Registration Office of Dong Nai Province, Bien Hoa Branch shared: "We have sent officers who are knowledgeable about the procedures and operations to the wards to directly support. The coordination between units takes place smoothly and effectively, helping people to be granted land use right certificates soon."
According to statistics, from the beginning of July to mid-September 2025, the whole province received nearly 112,000 records related to land, of which more than 88,000 records were resolved, the rate of correct and early processing reached 99.6% - the highest level in the past 3 years. Each record resolved on time is a step forward in administrative reform, clearly demonstrating the motto "Taking people's satisfaction as a measure of service efficiency".
