The Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province also publicly announced a series of projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone that do not meet the conditions for future real estate to be put into business, such as: Residential land, commercial services 04 in Cat Tien Gateway Urban Area, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone of Lac Viet Quy Nhon Company Limited; Conversion to urban residential land on a part of the area of ​​Nhon Hoi Tourism Trade-Service Center project of Phu Gia Seagate Company Limited...

Previously, on August 28, 2023, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province issued Decision No. 3211/QD-UBND approving the adjustment and supplementation of the housing development plan of Binh Dinh province for the period 2020 - 2025. Accordingly, the province has 752 projects, with a total land use area of ​​more than 9,318 hectares (142 additional projects, with a total area increased by nearly 1,264 hectares compared to Decision 3410 dated October 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee). Of the above 752 projects, there are 573 commercial housing projects, urban areas, residential areas; 146 resettlement housing projects; 33 social housing projects.
