At the units visited, Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Kien Giang province congratulated the new year and wished good health to generals, officers and soldiers of military units and military sub-regions of the provinces under the Royal Cambodian Army on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.
Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Kien Giang province, congratulated and presented gifts to the Command of Military Region 3, Royal Cambodian Army.
Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh discussed some of the economic, political and social situations of Kien Giang province in recent times and emphasized: “Over the past years, the Party, government and armed forces of the two countries in general, the Military Command of Kien Giang province and units of the Royal Cambodian Army in particular have regularly exchanged and shared information, actively coordinated to ensure security and order on the border, sea and islands, cooperated to effectively fight and prevent all types of crimes, thereby contributing to protecting the land and sea borders of the two countries, building a peaceful and friendly border”.
The Commander of the Military Command of Kien Giang province sent his thanks to the agencies and units that have always created favorable conditions for people on the border, sea and islands of Kien Giang province to travel back and forth to do business and develop their lives, especially the timely support that helped Team K92 of the Military Command of Kien Giang province successfully complete the task of searching for and collecting the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died during the war in Cambodia.
In the coming time, Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh hopes to continue receiving support and assistance from units so that Team K92 can successfully complete its tasks.

Representatives of units of the Royal Cambodian Army expressed their gratitude for the friendship, loyalty, and great sacrifice of the Vietnamese volunteer soldiers for the Cambodian people during the years of fighting to liberate Cambodia from genocide; at the same time, they wished to always maintain and strengthen the solidarity and friendship between the two countries in general and the armed forces of Kien Giang province and military units of the Kingdom of Cambodia in particular.
