and personnel plan for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

At the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung briefly reported on the preparation of documents and personnel plans for the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress. Accordingly, closely following the direction of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee promptly issued documents and instructions on organizing Party Congresses at all levels; established sub-committees to assist; assigned Standing Committee members and working delegations to directly direct and guide subordinate Party Committees; ensuring comprehensive, unified, and consistent leadership throughout the entire Provincial Party Committee. 96/96 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee successfully organized congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
Regarding the draft Documents and personnel plan for the Party Committee to be submitted to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, up to now, 17 Central committees, ministries and branches have given their opinions, in which the agencies basically agreed and all assessed: The draft Documents were prepared seriously and carefully, with a tight and concise structure, and the content was presented in accordance with Directive No. 45 and the Central's guiding documents; closely following the viewpoints, goals and major orientations in the draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Concluding the working session, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, acknowledged and highly appreciated the seriousness, responsibility, diligence and methodical work in preparing for the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
He suggested that the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee fully absorb the comments of the Politburo members, Secretariat members, and representatives of ministries and branches to continue to improve some contents. The goals and targets for the 2025-2030 term need to be supplemented more specifically, updated and closely follow the policies and resolutions of the Central Committee, while being suitable to the potential and practical conditions of the province, ensuring high feasibility; clarifying strategic breakthrough directions, focusing on key points, in sync with the breakthroughs of the Central Committee and the region.

concluding remarks of the working session

Comrade Tran Cam Tu emphasized: The Congress program needs to prioritize adequate time for discussing the Provincial Party Congress Documents and the 14th Central Party Congress Documents. The province needs to urgently complete the Action Program to implement the Provincial Party Congress Resolution in a specific, practical direction, with clear resources, clear presiding agencies and units, clear time and implementation roadmap, to deploy immediately after the Congress. Strengthen propaganda work before, during and after the Congress, create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, arouse pride and determination of cadres, party members and people of the whole province.
In his acceptance speech, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung thanked the leaders of the Party, State, and Central agencies for their attention and direction, taking the time to research and contribute many dedicated, responsible, and profound opinions to the draft Documents submitted to the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
He affirmed that, on the basis of seriously absorbing the instructions and comments, the Provincial Party Executive Committee will continue to review, edit and supplement to perfect the Document with the highest quality, demonstrating the political determination, intelligence and strong aspiration to rise of the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province in the new period.

The 1st Congress of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is expected to take place in 3 days (from September 22 to 24, 2025) at the Provincial Cultural Center, with 450 delegates attending.
Congress theme: "Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects; ensuring national defense and security; promoting the tradition of solidarity, breakthroughs in rapid, unique and sustainable development; comprehensively improving the people's lives, building Thai Nguyen province into a modern industrial center with high average income before 2030".
