Pursuant to the Law on Citizen Reception, Decree No. 64/2014/ND-CP dated June 26, 2014 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, Circular No. 40/2013/TT-BGDDT dated December 18, 2013 of the Minister of Education and Training regulating citizen reception, complaint settlement, and denunciation settlement of the Ministry of Education and Training (amended and supplemented in Circular No. 25/2019/TT-BGDDT, Circular No. 14/2021/TT-BGDDT), Decision No. 1666/QD-BGDDT dated June 16, 2022 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on citizen reception of the Ministry of Education and Training ; The Ministry of Education and Training announces the Ministry's regular citizen reception schedule and the monthly citizen reception schedule of the Minister of Education and Training as follows:
1. Regular citizen reception schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training
a) Regular citizen reception time:
Working days of the week from Monday to Friday: Morning from 8:00 to 11:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00 (except holidays and public holidays as prescribed).
b) Regular citizen reception locations:
- Citizen Reception Room at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Training (No. 35 Dai Co Viet Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City).
- Information reception department of the Ministry of Education and Training in Ho Chi Minh City (No. 3, International Square, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).
2. Monthly schedule of citizen reception by the Minister of Education and Training
a) The Minister's monthly regular citizen reception time:
The Minister of Education and Training periodically receives citizens on the 25th of every month. If the day of receiving citizens falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the day of receiving citizens will be the next working day.
b) Location for the Minister's monthly citizen reception: Headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Training; No. 35 Dai Co Viet Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City.
c) Members of the citizen reception committee with the Minister: Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Education and Training, heads of relevant units under the Ministry.
