To date, the communes have basically completed the arrangement of offices, facilities, and equipment for the Public Service Centers. At the same time, after a review, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has allocated an additional 82.2 billion VND to upgrade, renovate, and repair the offices and centers of the Public Service Centers, and to purchase equipment and working vehicles for the commune-level units, aiming to create the best possible facilities for localities in carrying out their tasks and serving the people.
Mr. Le Chi Thau, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Cay Giang A Hamlet, Long Dien Commune, happily stated: “Through monitoring the situation among the people in the hamlet, we have found that they are very satisfied with the operation of the two-tiered government system. Especially with the Commune's Public Service Center, people believe that the current procedures are very efficient, eliminating long waits, and providing warm and enthusiastic guidance and quick processing of documents and procedures.”
According to the results recorded from the National Public Service Portal in the index of serving citizens and businesses in the implementation of administrative procedures : The rate of online applications submitted by the province reached 76.05% (ranked 6th out of 34 provinces and cities); the rate of online payments reached 85.94% (ranked 6th out of 34 provinces and cities); the rate of administrative procedures requiring financial obligations provided on the National Public Service Portal reached 100%; the rate of administrative procedures with online payment transactions reached 98.17% (ranked 1st out of 34 provinces and cities); the satisfaction level reached over 95% (ranked 6th out of 34 provinces and cities); the rate of digitized administrative procedure files and results reached 68.67% (ranked 8th out of 34 provinces and cities); the rate of applications resolved on time reached 95.05% (ranked 6th out of 34 provinces and cities).
Currently, the province has fully staffed its personnel to handle the receipt of applications and the delivery of results to citizens and businesses. This includes 55 people working at the Provincial Public Service Center and 472 people working at the commune-level Public Service Centers, with an average of about 7 civil servants per center. In addition, communes proactively assign 1-2 members to the Community Digital Technology Team to support and guide citizens. The Provincial Land Registration Office alone has assigned 56 officials to work at the commune-level Public Service Centers to support and guide the implementation of administrative procedures in the land sector. As a result, the receipt and processing of applications for citizens are ensured to be smooth and uninterrupted.
