Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang has just signed Decision No. 759/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister appointing Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Chemical Group to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Chemical Group.
Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, born in 1977, is a doctor of economics , a basically trained officer and has held important positions in many basic units in the Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) such as: General Director of Vietnam Chemical Joint Stock Finance Company, General Director of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
In January 2019, Mr. Phung Quang Hiep was appointed Deputy General Director of Vinachem.
In June 2019, Mr. Phung Quang Hiep was assigned as Deputy General Director in charge of Vinachem Group.
In February 2020, Mr. Phung Quang Hiep was appointed to the position of Member of the Board of Members and General Director of Vinachem Group.
