On the afternoon of September 4, 2024, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Party Central Committee Office organized the announcement of the Secretariat's decisions on the appointment of Assistants and Secretaries of General Secretary and President To Lam.

At the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee announced the decisions of the Secretariat.
