In document No. 5228/VPCP-KTTH, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc requested the Ministry of Finance to proactively advise and report to competent authorities on tax solutions suitable to the socio-economic context in each period and international practices.

Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 7489/BTC-CST dated May 30, 2025 regarding press information and public opinion related to the direction and administration work, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc requested the Ministry of Finance, according to its functions, tasks and authority, to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to study and synthesize valid opinions of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in the process of developing draft laws on taxes, fees and charges according to regulations, ensuring adherence to the goals, requirements and solutions in the Tax System Reform Strategy to 2030 issued together with Decision No. 508/QD-TTg dated April 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister, contributing to the full institutionalization of the Party's viewpoints and policies and the State's policies.

The Ministry of Finance proactively advises and reports to competent authorities on tax solutions appropriate to the socio -economic context in each period and international practices.
