Along with the provinces in the mountainous and midland regions of the North, from June 21 to the morning of June 22, Bac Giang province had moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain. Currently, soil moisture in some areas is nearly saturated (from 85-90%) or has reached a saturated state.
