Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issues internal procedures to implement 11 administrative procedures on environmental protection

Specifically, 11 administrative procedures include: Issuance of Environmental License; Issuance of adjustment of Environmental License; Issuance of change of Environmental License; Re-issuance of Environmental License; Approval of association and transfer of hazardous waste not included in the Environmental License; Approval of registration of cross-border transport of hazardous waste according to the Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movements of hazardous waste and their disposal.

Procedures for registration of exemption from persistent organic pollutants (POPs) according to the provisions of the Stockholm Convention; Issuance of Certificate of eligibility for environmental monitoring services; Adjustment of the content of the Certificate of eligibility for environmental monitoring services; Certification of Vietnam Ecolabel; Issuance and change of the decision on certification of Vietnam Ecolabel.

The Decision takes effect from today (June 26, 2023). The Chief of Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment , Director of the Department of Environmental Pollution Control, Heads of state management units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing the Decision.
