"Creating a new rhythm" means promoting courage, creating new momentum for development, creating a creative flow in leadership thinking, creating creative breakthroughs in the fields that the Ministry is managing and administering.

On the morning of June 26, with the approval of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030 was solemnly held at the Opera House, a typical place for cultural and historical communication of the thousand-year-old civilized and heroic capital Hanoi.

Culture is preserved and promoted, awareness of the function and foundation of culture is enhanced; sports have made great strides; tourism affirms its important position in the economy, is a bridge of integration, a journey connecting the past, present and future; the press and media become "The conduit of knowledge - Connecting the trust between the Party, the State and the People" . The four areas of State management are focusing on the mission of preserving the national soul, arousing the desire for development, spreading the trust, intelligence and Vietnamese mettle.

In particular, our Congress takes place at a time when the Party, the State and the entire political system have been synchronously implementing historic policies and strategic breakthroughs to bring the country firmly into a new era - an era of strong and prosperous development with the highlight being the Revolutions in the organization of the political system to be streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective; implementing the 2-level local government model; developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; promoting international integration; developing the private economy as a key lever, creating new opportunities for the strong development of the country in general and the Ministry and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in particular in the new period.

According to the Minister, these are major issues that have decisive significance for the development of the Ministry and the Industry, not only in the short-term vision but also in the long-term and strategic vision. Therefore, he suggested that delegates focus on spending time, intelligence and enthusiasm to evaluate, interpret, discuss and decide in the direction of looking far ahead, thinking big and renewing themselves.
