(QBĐT) - On May 7, a working delegation of the Military Region 4 Command led by Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, inspected the results of implementing the democratic regulations (QCDC) in the first 6 months of 2024 at Infantry Regiment 996, Provincial Military Command. Joining the working delegation was Colonel Dinh Xuan Huong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
After listening to the report on the results of the implementation of the QCDC of the Regiment, the working delegation inspected the system of documents, regulations, and plans for implementing the QCDC at the unit's base; directly met and had dialogues with officers and soldiers of the Regiment and Infantry Battalion 42; and at the same time distributed questionnaires to survey officers and soldiers' opinions on the implementation of the QCDC.
The inspection showed that the Party Committee - Regiment Command has led, directed, thoroughly implemented the directives and instructions of the superiors on QCDC at the grassroots level; the system of documents and plans has been deployed synchronously. Democracy has been well implemented in all aspects of work, focusing on political democracy, military-professional democracy; and economic-life democracy. The internal agencies and units are united and unified, with no signs of violating democratic rights...
The working group also pointed out some limitations, such as: The content of democratic activities in the unit was not comprehensive in some months, and the effectiveness of performing military and professional tasks was sometimes limited.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue to do a good job of propaganda, education, raising awareness and sense of responsibility of soldiers in maintaining and strictly implementing the QCDC; promoting the role and responsibility of political agencies, cadres and party members in implementing the three aspects of democracy. Regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of the QCDC in agencies and units to promptly overcome weaknesses and weak points.
