Thanh Hoa police remember and follow Uncle Ho's teachings
Thanh Hoa Police officers and soldiers supported the verification of martyrs' information and guided martyrs' relatives to take DNA samples according to regulations.
During the implementation process, Thanh Hoa Police have had many creative ways, typically combining studying and following Uncle Ho with launching emulation movements or building exemplary models and actions. Notably, the movement "Maintaining the people's hearts" with 3 contents "Listening to people speak, speaking so that people understand, making people believe"; "Building the image of Thanh Hoa Police officers and soldiers serving the people", or the model "Devoted file team officers, serving the people", "Model security control team", "Professional law club" has spread and penetrated deeply into each officer and soldier. Over the past 4 years (2021-2025), Thanh Hoa Police have launched 16 emulation campaigns associated with the movement "For National Security" and 15 emulation campaigns to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day, 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection; 75 years of the People's Security Force's Traditional Day; 60 years of the People's Police Force's Traditional Day; 50 years of the Mobile Police Force's Traditional Day...
Determined to create breakthroughs in all aspects of work, Thanh Hoa Police have also selected key contents and outstanding issues to focus on leading, directing and implementing throughout the force. In particular, the highlight is the drastic and synchronous implementation of professional measures to maintain political security, not allowing the formation of hot spots; proactively grasping, analyzing, and accurately forecasting the situation, organizing many peak periods of attacks and suppressing crimes, focusing on strong attacks on criminal networks, organizations, gangs, and criminals; fundamentally eliminating dangerous criminal gangs, "black credit" activities, economic crime gangs, and drug trafficking rings, not allowing criminals to operate rampantly.
At the same time, Thanh Hoa Police have effectively implemented many projects and plans to ensure security and order on key and complicated routes and areas, breaking up many major projects and cases, which have been commended and rewarded by the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee.
With the consistent goal of making people's lives peaceful, many police officers and soldiers have silently "stayed awake so that people could sleep well, stood guard so that people could have fun, and took the happiness of the people as their joy and reason for living". Advanced examples of strong will, absolute loyalty, sacrifice, intelligence, and creativity in work are increasingly appearing throughout the force. That is the example of Captain Le Huy Hung, an officer of Team 2, Department PC02, who participated in the fight against many major projects with nationwide influence, and was awarded the title of Emulation Fighter of the entire People's Public Security Force; Captain Le Dinh Linh, an officer of Team 2, Department PC04 - an outstanding reconnaissance officer in the field of drug prevention and control, directly participating in many complex projects, achieving many outstanding achievements; is Lieutenant Colonel Ha Tho Mui, Deputy Head of PC04 - an investigator with sharp expertise in the field of fighting drug crimes, capable of evaluating evidence logically, scientifically, and closely...
In addition, there are many touching stories about police officers and soldiers who, regardless of difficulties, braved heavy rains, crossed floodwaters, faced many dangers to help and rescue people from flooded areas, landslides or provided food to help people overcome the "great flood", leaving in the hearts of the people much affection, trust and admiration.
In recognition of the great contributions of the People's Public Security force in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, protecting the peaceful life of the people, all levels and sectors have awarded many noble titles and rewards. In the past 4 years, the whole sector has had 4 collectives and 15 individuals awarded the President's Medal; 6 collectives and 20 individuals awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit; 1 individual posthumously awarded and 18 individuals awarded the title "Emulation Fighter of the entire People's Public Security force"; 5 grassroots units and 4 individuals were recognized as typical advanced units in the People's Public Security force and communal police; more than 1,000 collectives and 3,000 individuals were awarded by all levels and sectors. Notably, Thanh Hoa Public Security has received 10 letters of commendation and hot rewards from the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee and 18 times been commended by units under the Ministry of Public Security.
