Promoting the spirit of "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people", "When the people need it, when the people are in trouble, there is the police", the People's Public Security force is exemplary, pioneering, mobilizing all troops and forces together with functional forces on the front line to prevent and fight natural disasters, overcoming the serious consequences caused by storms and floods.

Officers and soldiers in key areas are always "lightning fast", ready to be present in the most dangerous and difficult places, day and night "in the sun, rain, and floodwaters" to help people; quickly advise on implementation and directly contribute labor, funds, and materials... to build, renovate, and repair housing, support people to overcome the consequences, and soon stabilize their lives. While performing their duties, many comrades were injured and sacrificed while directly responding to rescue, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property and maintaining security and order in the area.
