Leaving Ham Rong Bridge, visitors can visit and experience the C4 Hill battlefield located on Dragon Mountain. From 1965 to 1973, fierce battles took place on C4 Hill by soldiers of Company 4 of Regiment 228 to destroy US aircraft bombing Ham Rong Bridge. When coming to Ham Rong ward, visitors cannot miss visiting and exploring Dong Son ancient village - a village that still retains the traditional culture of the Vietnamese countryside. In addition, the villagers have long had a tradition of solidarity, so the elders in the village named the 4 hamlets Nhan, Nghia, Tri, Dung along the south to the north of the village. Walking along the alleys, visitors will discover ancient houses hundreds of years old that are preserved quite intact by the people. Every year, in order to attract visitors and also to widely promote the unique features of the ancient village to visitors, Ham Rong ward organizes the activity "Old Tet in the ancient village" with many activities such as organizing the traditional Vietnamese Tet market with beautifully decorated stalls, bold colors, introducing local specialties imbued with the traditional Tet atmosphere.
