Enhancing knowledge about digital transformation and AI applications.

On the afternoon of May 22nd, the Department of Science and Technology, in collaboration with MISA Joint Stock Company, organized a workshop on Digital Transformation and AI applications to effectively implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Approximately 400 delegates from departments, agencies, district-level People's Committees, the Task Force assisting the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation; leaders and officials in charge of professional matters at the People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns; specialized departments and centers of the Department of Science and Technology… participated in the workshop.

At the workshop, delegates learned about and discussed solutions for building a database for managing public assets; digital transformation solutions in state financial management; solutions for building a database platform for local education management; and digital transformation solutions in financial management in the health sector.

In addition, delegates were also guided by the Department of Science and Technology on several related issues concerning breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation in the province, in accordance with Plan 45/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee and Resolution 47-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee. The workshop also contributed to guiding the effective implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW; building a database of public assets in the province, connecting and sharing with the province's Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and the national database on public assets; and sharing awareness of technology application in administrative and public service units, businesses, households, and the general public.

According to Ms. Lam Vu My Hanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the workshop aims to raise awareness and innovate thinking about the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; promote digital transformation in state management, apply digital technology to improve the efficiency of management and operation of state agencies; promote digital transformation in agencies, helping units access and apply digital technology in production, business, and management.
