Fostering digital skills and exploiting and using information systems to serve two-level government

On July 26, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training course on exploiting and using information systems serving the two-level government for nearly 40 trainees who are specialists of the Public Administration Service Center in the communes of Hoa An, Ha Quang, Dam Thuy, Can Yen, Son Lo, Canh Tan, Dong Khe, Bao Lam, Kim Dong, and Thach An.

At the training course, trainees will be trained in knowledge and skills to search and filter information on search engines; manage digital data; create digital data and ensure information security; guide the application of AI to support work (Chatgpt, Gemini, NotebookLM...); manage and store digital data to serve work; guide the system of reflecting recommendations on the Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform; the VNPT -ioffice document management and operation system; the information system for handling administrative procedures. Practice applying AI to support work; reflect recommendations on the Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform; guide to handle digital signature errors; re-exploit people's records saved from the data warehouse on the system.

Through the training, the awareness, knowledge and digital skills of the staff performing tasks at the Public Administration Service Center are enhanced; the ability to apply information technology in exploiting and effectively using information systems serving management, operation and handling of administrative procedures is enhanced, thereby contributing significantly to the transparency of processes, better serving people and businesses, and at the same time meeting the requirements of streamlining the government apparatus according to the 2-level model.
