Hau Giang Provincial Post Office: Building an effective sales management process and appropriate mechanism to promote the sales force

On March 19, 2025, Mr. Tran Duc Thich - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation and the working delegation visited and worked with Hau Giang Provincial Post Office to support and promote production and business activities in 2025.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Postal Delivery Service Business Executive Board of the Corporation, the Board of Directors and key staff of the Provincial Post Office and its affiliated units.

Here, the representative of the Provincial Post Office briefly reported on the business results of the postal delivery service group in the first months of 2025, the key tasks for the remaining months, as well as the results achieved in the "90-day Attack - Determined to Win" campaign.

Acknowledging the efforts of the Provincial Post Office in the first quarter of 2025, Chairman of the General Trade Union Tran Duc Thich requested the unit to focus on identifying key sales channels and key areas, and at the same time build effective sales management processes and appropriate mechanisms to promote the sales force. At the same time, he emphasized promoting service business to increase revenue and improve income for workers.

In addition, the General Director also requested the Provincial Post Office to review and complete the overall business scenario, and at the same time develop detailed business plans for each unit at the district, regional and city levels. The identification of revenue gaps in the postal delivery service group was also emphasized, in order to propose solutions to promote growth. In addition, the Provincial Post Office needs to assign specific tasks to each unit in key areas, closely managing business results on a daily basis. Decentralizing management and reviewing the list of existing customers are important factors to improve the quality of customer care and develop the market.
