On December 17th, the Department The Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province organized a conference to summarize the two-year implementation of the "Happy School" model.

Reporting at the conference, Dr. Le Hoang Du, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, stated: Over the past two years, the "Happy School" criteria, comprising 18 criteria revolving around three groups: people, teaching, and environment, have been implemented. Thousands of school administrators at all levels have received intensive training, and awareness campaigns have been intensified through various communication projects.

A prominent achievement in implementing the criteria for building a "Happy School" has been the creation of a foundation for connecting all forces within the school, thereby creating a positive learning environment where every day at school is a joyful day for students and teachers. Simultaneously, the model of honoring outstanding students has been widely adopted in many schools, linked to academic, training, and social activities. Regular recognition has created a competitive spirit in learning within the school environment.

The dissemination and popularization of laws have been widely implemented through various lively forms, and school psychological counseling activities have been emphasized. The Department of Education and Training, in coordination with universities, has organized many training courses on mental health, life skills, prevention of school violence, and gender equality.
Heads of educational institutions should direct relevant organizations and professional groups to regularly organize activities, training sessions, and workshops to raise awareness among staff, teachers, and students about behavioral culture, professional ethics, school safety, and the value of happiness in education.

In addition, key thematic workshops were organized, such as: "Teachers Changing for a Happy School," and "Positive Behavior - Understanding - Sharing in the Educational Environment." Content on happiness education, life skills, and emotional management skills were integrated into professional activities, class activities, and extracurricular educational activities. Through this, each individual enhanced their awareness and fostered a sense of responsibility in building a safe, respectful, friendly, and cooperative learning environment.
In addition, the Trade Union and the Youth Union jointly organize activities to cultivate soft skills, pedagogical communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and the prevention and control of school violence. The spirit of solidarity within the collective is excellent, and all school initiatives receive strong support and participation.
At the conference, many primary, secondary, and high schools shared their experiences and exemplary activities that contribute to school happiness. A representative from Ngan Dua Primary School in Hong Dan commune stated that the school's implementation of the movement has yielded positive results: a strong sense of unity within the staff, and high levels of support and participation in all school initiatives. All teachers and staff actively and voluntarily participate in the movement, without feeling constrained or forced.

Dr. Le Hoang Du, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, expressed that the entire sector will strive to achieve the goals set by the Ministry of Education and Training , focusing on continuing the success of the "Happy School" model.
