Proactively prepare to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year at the same time as the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training ).
The Department of Education and Training was assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to direct and guide educational and training institutions in the province to proactively prepare to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year at the same time as the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training) and the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year, in accordance with the conditions and practical situation at the unit.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Commune People's Committee to direct educational institutions under their management to arrange and prepare adequate transmission lines and equipment to connect online or via VTV1 television channel at all educational and training institutions in the area; coordinate with local telecommunications and television units to ensure stable signals, image and sound quality; have appropriate response plans for weather conditions; ensure traffic safety, security and order, and fire prevention during the ceremony.
Bac Lieu University; colleges in the province based on the Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training to proactively prepare to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year according to the prescribed time, in accordance with the conditions and practical situation at the unit.
Provincial departments, branches and sectors, according to their functions and tasks, proactively coordinate closely, support and create favorable conditions for the Department of Education and Training; Commune-level People's Committees; and educational and training institutions in the province to organize the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to guide press agencies and direct the grassroots information system in the province to strengthen coordination with the education sector to organize communications about the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year in conjunction with the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training), creating a positive effect that spreads widely throughout society.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to direct provincial-level socio -political organizations to actively support and create favorable conditions for the Department of Education and Training; Commune-level People's Committees; and educational and training establishments to well organize the opening activities of the 2025-2026 school year, especially mobilizing and providing material and spiritual support for children and students in difficult circumstances.
