Bui Duy Ngoc was born in 1993, participated in the Sao Mai 2015 program. After that, the male singer founded the group The Wings and with his teammates won the runner-up of X-Factor 2016. The male singer also collaborated with Annie Thu Thuy (Lip B), becoming the champion of the program Giai dieu chung doi .

In 2020, Duy Ngoc was suddenly hit by a motorbike while traveling on the road. At the hospital, he had to receive many stitches and was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, a broken cheekbone, and paralysis of the right side of his face.

Duy Ngoc was stressed and haunted by the change in his appearance after the accident. There was a period when he lost nearly 10kg due to dieting and psychological pressure. He had to grow his hair long, covering one eye to avoid the pitying looks from people around him.

Sharing with VietNamNet , Bui Duy Ngoc said the accident caused him many difficulties, and it seemed difficult to return to the stage.

The male singer pursues a unique style.

“Thanks to music, I learned how to breathe, how to hold my breath, and stay mentally strong. I also temporarily retired behind the scenes for a few years to support my fellow artists. When I felt that everything was gradually stable in terms of my voice and spirit, I was determined to come back,” he shared.

Over the years, the singer has kept a low profile, only standing behind to support his colleagues. He believes that music is still a place to connect people.
