Candidates can register and adjust their university and college-level early childhood education admission preferences online through the Ministry of Education and Training's general admissions support system at https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn or on the national public service portal.

The Ministry of Education and Training provides guidance to candidates on the steps to log in to the general admissions support system.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training's guidelines, candidates use their assigned accounts to enter, edit, and view personal information; and register their preferences for admission to various majors and universities.

The newest feature this year is that candidates only register using the admission code (group code, major, or program code) and do not have to choose an admission method or combination of subjects. This is a system improvement aimed at preventing candidates from confusing the admission methods and combinations.

Candidates who have already been eligible for early admission to universities must still register their preferences on the system. Otherwise, they will have forfeited their right to be admitted to that major/university.

Specifically for the application registration function, candidates can add, edit, delete, and rearrange their preferences in order.

After completing the application process, from July 31st to 5 PM on August 6th, candidates must pay the application fee online.

During this period, Dr. Tran Dinh Ly, Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, advised candidates to carefully read the instructions from the Ministry of Education and Training and meticulously follow the instructions. In particular, candidates should thoroughly check the information they register on the system to ensure accuracy. Candidates should also remember to always save evidence of each step by taking screenshots during the process for later verification.
