Localities hold the first session of the People's Council of the commune

On the morning of July 1, the People's Councils of communes in the province held their first session for the 2021-2026 term.

* Long Hoa Ward People's Council held its first session for the 2021-2026 term, announced personnel work and decided on issues within its authority.

At the meeting, the ward People's Council delegates listened to the announcement of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee on appointing delegates to participate in the ward People's Council; appointing personnel to hold the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of Committees of the ward People's Council; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the ward People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

The meeting also announced the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of Long Hoa Ward People's Council on appointing members of the People's Committee; Resolution on approving Deputy Heads of People's Council Committees and members of the Ward People's Council; Resolution on establishing the People's Council Delegation and the number and list of Ward People's Council delegates for the 2021-2026 term.

In her closing speech, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Party Secretary, Chairwoman of Long Hoa Ward People's Council requested that, immediately after the meeting, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Ward People's Committee, the departments and units, according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers, immediately start working; continue to focus highly, organize urgent, drastic, synchronous and effective implementation of the resolutions of the Ward People's Council.

The Ward People's Committee and units focus on reviewing and arranging the apparatus, completing records, data, and assets to be handed over for smooth operation, avoiding work interruptions; seriously implementing resolutions and socio -economic development plans, ensuring progress and targets.

* At the first session of the People's Council of Duong Minh Chau commune, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of the commune announced the Resolutions on appointing personnel to hold the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of Committees and delegates of the People's Council of Duong Minh Chau commune; announced the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune for the term 2021-2026.

The meeting also approved the draft Resolution on establishing the Commune People's Council Committees; specialized departments under the Commune People's Committee; Resolution on assigning the payroll of cadres, civil servants and public employees receiving salaries from the State budget to agencies and units under the Commune People's Committee; report and draft Resolution on the plan to organize the regular session in 2025; list and number of delegates of the Commune People's Council, term I, and draft other important Resolutions.

* Tan Bien Commune Party Committee organized the Party Executive Committee conference and the first session of the Commune People's Council.

At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the following contents: draft working regulations and working program for the entire term 2025-2030; draft assignment of tasks to members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee; draft Project to establish specialized advisory and support agencies; plan to organize the first Party Congress of the commune and contents related to the organization of the apparatus and personnel after the merger.

Immediately afterwards, the People's Council of Tan Bien commune held its first session for the 2021-2026 term, to perfect the organization after completing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

The meeting announced resolutions on the appointment of People's Council delegates, Chairman, Vice Chairman and Heads of Committees of the People's Council of the commune; announced the resolution on the appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Bien commune, term 2021-2026.

The meeting also discussed and voted to pass many important resolutions such as: establishing the Economic - Budget Committee, the Cultural - Social Committee of the Commune People's Council; establishing specialized agencies under the Commune People's Committee; regulating the organization of regular meetings in 2025. At the same time, announcing the list of delegates to the Commune People's Council, approving members of the Committees of the Commune People's Council and People's Committee, establishing the People's Council Delegation of Tan Bien Commune, term 2021-2026.

* At the first session of the People's Council of Binh Minh Ward, term 2021-2026, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of the Ward announced the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on appointing delegates of the People's Council of the Ward; appointing positions including Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Heads of Committees of the People's Council of the Ward; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council appointed Mr. Vo Hong Sang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Minh Ward to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward, Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council and Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of the Ward; Mr. Tran Thanh Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the People's Council of the Ward.

Appoint Mr. Luong Ba Can - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; Mr. Tran Van Tung, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Standing Committee members of the Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Ward People's Committee.

The delegates of the People's Council of Binh Minh Ward passed the Resolutions on the establishment of the People's Council Committees, approved the number and list of full-time Deputy Heads of Committees and members who are part-time People's Council delegates; appointed members of the Ward People's Committee; approved the report of the Ward People's Committee on the Project to establish specialized departments under the Ward People's Committee, and assigned the payroll of civil servants and public employees receiving salaries from the State budget at administrative agencies and public service units under the Ward People's Committee.

In addition, the ward People's Council delegates discussed, contributed opinions and voted to pass the Resolution on the socio-economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025; Resolution on changing "hamlet" to "quarter" after rearranging commune-level administrative units in Binh Minh ward.

* The meeting of Tan Lap Commune People's Council announced the resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on appointing the list of delegates to Tan Lap Commune People's Council, the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of Committees of the Commune People's Council; appointing the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council announces the number of delegates, the list of People's Council delegations and announces the standardization of the positions of Deputy Heads and Members of the Economic - Budget Committees and the Cultural - Social Committees.

The meeting also discussed and voted to pass four important resolutions: establishing the Economic - Budget Committee; the Cultural - Social Committee under the People's Council; establishing a specialized agency under the People's Committee of the commune and agreeing on the plan to organize a regular meeting in 2025.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council appointed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Hang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Chau commune to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Mr. Nguyen Hung Thai Duong to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Mr. Pham Vu Tung - Head of the Party Building Committee of the commune to hold the position of Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of the commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee to hold the position of Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the People's Council of the commune; Ms. Nguyen Viet Anh Thu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Mr. Hoang Ba Trinh and Mr. Vu Duc Hai, to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of the commune.

The meeting also passed Resolutions of the Commune People's Council on the establishment of the Cultural - Social Committee and the Economic - Budget Committee. People's Council of Tan Chau commune; Resolution on the plan for regular meetings of the People's Council of Tan Chau commune in 2025; Resolution on the establishment of a specialized agency under the People's Committee of Tan Chau commune; Resolution on the socio-economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025 in Tan Chau commune.
