To organize implementation, the draft specifies the responsibilities of relevant departments, branches, units and localities: Industry and Trade, Market Management, People's Committees of districts, cities, and enterprises with retail gasoline stores.

This is a legal document, so the Department of Industry and Trade will coordinate with departments, branches and localities to continue to study and perfect the content and format of the regulations, ensuring that the factors are legal, concise, specific, easy to understand, not to be misunderstood or have multiple meanings causing difficulties in implementation.
