Enterprises in Dong Nai have a need to recruit nearly 2,600 workers.

(DN)- On July 25, the 8th Job Fair in 2025 took place at Dong Nai Employment Service Center (Tam Hiep Ward), attracting 17 businesses to participate in recruiting workers with a demand of nearly 2,600 workers, of which unskilled workers accounted for more than 95%.

The job fair is broadcast live via the center's fanpage and Zoom application, helping workers participate in the fair in many ways, directly access businesses and grasp information about recruitment needs conveniently and accurately.

Participating in the floor, there were about 600 workers directly coming for interviews and accessing online through the website, fanpage, Zalo Official channels managed by the center. Accordingly, nearly 500 workers received job counseling; it is expected that nearly 300 workers will be recruited.

Dong Nai Employment Service Center said that the job exchange floor recruits a large number of workers in production and business fields such as: garment, leather shoes, electricity - electronics, mechanics, life insurance, financial services, telecommunications, etc.

Although businesses have introduced many welfare policies to attract workers, unskilled workers only meet nearly 16% of recruitment needs. The current common situation is that there is no connection and common point between the capacity, experience, and desire of workers and the recruitment requirements of businesses. This leads to the consulting and connection between workers and businesses not being highly effective.
