The first land plot is more than 77 hectares wide, planned as a commercial, service and residential center. Of which, nearly 38 hectares are put up for auction, including residential land, social construction land and commercial service land. The remaining land is traffic land, green trees, technical infrastructure... will be allocated land without collecting money for investors to build synchronous infrastructure and then hand it over to the locality. The current status is vacant land, the land has no social housing fund.

The starting price of this land is more than 4.7 trillion VND. There are 2 customers who are qualified to participate in the auction, after 3 rounds of voting, the customer who won the auction for this land lot is worth nearly 4.9 trillion VND.

The second land area is more than 35 hectares, planned as a residential area. Of which, more than 17 hectares are put up for auction, including residential land, land for educational , medical and cultural facilities. The rest is not auctioned, mainly technical infrastructure land. Most of the area is vacant land, some have rubber trees waiting to be liquidated and old administrative headquarters.

The starting price of the second plot of land was over 1.7 trillion VND. There were 2 customers who were eligible to participate in the auction. After 5 rounds of bidding, the customer who won the auction for this plot of land was worth over 1.8 trillion VND.

Thus, the total value of the two successfully auctioned land lots this time is nearly 7 trillion VND.

According to the plan, from now until the end of the year, Dong Nai will continue to auction 40 land plots, including many large-scale residential projects, with an expected revenue of about 20 trillion VND, contributing to the completion of the 2025 budget revenue target of Dong Nai province.
