According to the Department of Construction, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board reported that at the connecting road section of the 3 overpass intersections between Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City with provincial roads 25B, 769 and Ly Tu Trong, the road surface appeared to be damaged, causing difficulties for traffic vehicles, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.
Therefore, the Department of Construction requests the My Thuan Project Management Board to urgently carry out tasks to ensure traffic safety as well as ensure the construction of Component 3 Project.
Specifically, for the traffic organization plan of Project Component 1A, the section passing through Dong Nai province, the Department of Construction requested the My Thuan Project Management Board to complete the asphalt paving at the connecting points to the service roads to ensure safety for vehicles participating in traffic in the area and take full responsibility before the law in case of traffic accidents due to slow completion of the above items. The Department of Construction also requested the My Thuan Project Management Board to report the handling results to the unit before October 5, 2025.
Along with that, My Thuan Project Management Board directed the contractor of Project Component 1A to urgently construct and complete the transitional slab of the box culvert, cross culvert and remaining manhole (2/8 locations) at Km9+000 and Km9+120.
The Department of Construction also requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to proactively coordinate and work with the My Thuan Project Management Board to urge and speed up construction progress and thoroughly handle the above-mentioned existing issues.
Component 1A Project is over 8km long, implemented in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province. The project will officially be put into operation from August 20, 2025. Meanwhile, for Component 3 Project, according to the plan, it will complete technical traffic by the end of 2025 and complete construction and put into operation synchronously in 2026.
