On November 20, two canoes of the team were brought to Binh Kien ward to support the authorities in providing food, drinking water, rescuing and evacuating hundreds of people in isolated areas in Hoa Kien and Binh Kien to safety.
With the flood situation still high and the number of people in isolated areas needing rescue is too great, on the morning of November 21, this team continued to mobilize support with 2 rubber canoes and human resources. This team was connected and handed over to Tuy Hoa ward authorities to coordinate the rescue of people.

Since November 19, Mr. Pham Tho Truong, Director of BB Agricultural and Service Cooperative (BB Farm), a member of the Dak Lak Young Entrepreneurs Association, has called on members of the Eastern Dak Lak business community and the whole country to support people in the isolated area.
According to Mr. Pham Tho Truong, after the call, 20 rubber and soup canoes, with drivers and professional rescue forces, were present in Phu Yen to support flood victims.

Mr. Pham Minh Tam, a member of the rescue force, added: The above mentioned canoes were assigned to heavily flooded and isolated areas such as Tuy Hoa, Phu Hoa, Dong Xuan, on November 19 and 20 to focus on rescuing people... In addition, the rescue force also supported the delivery of food and drinking water to people in isolated areas, more than 2,000 portions. Currently, people in isolated areas are in dire need of necessities and hunger relief.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang, Chairman of Binh Kien Ward People's Committee, emotionally said: While the locality was flooded, many areas were isolated, the local government and forces made efforts to respond, with additional resources from organizations and individuals across the country, helping people move to safety. We are deeply moved and grateful for the hearts of the entire community who shared with the people in the flooded areas.
