Receiving Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Woo Won Shik, President Luong Cuong highly appreciated the results of the talks between the Speakers of the National Assembly of the two countries, hoping that the two legislative bodies will continue to coordinate closely, create a legal corridor to implement the content of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and support the agreements and commitments of the two governments.
The President affirmed that the potential and strengths of cooperation between the two countries are still very large and that it is necessary to continue to consolidate political trust, increase delegation exchanges at all levels, promote defense and security cooperation, prevent transnational crimes, and strengthen educational and cultural cooperation. He also asked Korea to pay attention to supporting the Vietnamese community to integrate, live, study and work stably and long-term.

National Assembly Chairman Woo Won Shik thanked President Luong Cuong for attending the APEC Summit in Gyeongju, contributing to the overall success of the Summit; and said that Korea will share experiences and coordinate with Vietnam to successfully organize the APEC Summit 2027.
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea emphasized that the special relationship between the two countries is inseparable; he is ready to accompany Vietnam on the journey to realize the goal of becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045.
