According to Colonel Nguyen Truong Toan, departing from the base of the 954th Naval Air Brigade in Cam Ranh ( Khanh Hoa ) at 2:20 p.m. on November 22, two flight crews carried 4 tons of goods including necessities to help people in the "flood center" of Xuan Hoa. By 4:40 p.m. the same day, the two flight crews returned safely to base.

It is expected that on the morning of November 23, Regiment 917 will continue to take off to transport relief goods and organize rescue flights for people in flooded areas in Dak Lak province.
