Over the years, the policy credit capital has been maintained and implemented effectively by the Social Policy Bank , Tay Ninh Branch. Currently, the province has 280 transaction points in localities and organizes transactions on a monthly basis.
On the other hand, socio- political organizations in wards and communes in the area coordinated and performed well the tasks entrusted to the Social Policy Bank, Provincial Branch, in the work of propaganda, mobilization, guidance and supervision of borrowers. Thanks to that, policy credit activities were implemented effectively, to the right subjects, contributing to improving credit quality and ensuring social security in the area.

The family of Mrs. Le Ngoc Tram (residing in Binh Phu hamlet, Nhut Tao commune) is a household in difficult circumstances. Thanks to preferential loans, they have now escaped poverty. Mrs. Tram's family life was quite difficult in the past, she and her husband had to work for hire in many places to make ends meet and take care of their sick child. At times, the family's economy almost fell into bankruptcy.
The preferential loan was the “fishing rod” that helped the family overcome the difficult period. They used the loan to start a business by collecting scrap and raising livestock. Thanks to hard work and determination to improve their lives, Mrs. Tram’s family was basically more stable than before, paid off all the debts and escaped poverty sustainably.
Ms. Tram shared: “After receiving the preferential loan, we focused on economic development and now, life is less difficult than before. In the near future, the family plans to save money to expand the scrap collection facility, improve income and stabilize life.” Ms. Tram is one of many households in difficult circumstances in the area that have overcome difficulties and escaped poverty thanks to access to policy credit capital.
According to information from the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank, since the beginning of the year, through social policy credit capital, nearly 24,000 poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries have received loans. This preferential capital source not only creates jobs, increases income, improves people's lives but also contributes to the locality in preventing usury, reducing the rate of poor households, unemployment rate, effectively implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction, building new rural areas and ensuring social security in the area./.
